FM bid lead, a key member of the bidding consortium, with responsibility for developing and submitting a compliant, compelling FM tender response. Key aspects of the role included:

  • Recruiting and leading the FM bid team;
  • Representing FM at client interactives;
  • Design team liaison;
  • FM Design Brief development;
  • Innovations workshop and register;
  • Performance mechanism analysis;
  • Project risk and opportunity register;
  • Development of FM and life cycle cost estimates; and,

FRANKSTON CITY COUNCIL VIC, FACILITIES management STRATEGIC REVIEW AND PROCUREMENT

As FM Consultant, services included:

  • Review of current FM contracts from a value and risk transfer point of view;
  • Stakeholder review to gain feedback about the current model;
  • Liaising with  FM team to collaboratively identify improvement opportunities;
  • Procurement of a consolidated FM contract comprising:
